Yes, the powdered kratom can easily be added into various food items and especially smoothies to mask its hideous flavor.

Using kratom in a smoothie is a very smart way to ingest it and enjoy the experience as well. You can also add acidic fruits to enhance the benefits by releasing the special compounds present in kratom. People claim that adding milk with kratom also enhances its effects but there is very little evidence to back up this claim.

Below are a few effective ways to make kratom smoothies, that will not only camouflage its taste well, but you will also be able to add your required dosage without any limitation to reap the optimum benefits of this herb. 

GREEN KRATOM SMOOTHIES

Generally, green smoothies make everyone cringe as it means it might definitely taste hideous but when it comes to benefits, they are the best and most revitalizing. If you can add some really citric spices and fruits in a green smoothie, it will make it quite tantalizing and easy to drink. Plus, you can also play around by adding some really light veggies like cucumbers and tomato juice, etc to make it healthy. 

SPINACH AND FRUIT SMOOTHIE

• Kratom powder
• 1 cup of orange or pineapple juice
• A banana
• ½ cup of spinach leaves

Take all the ingredients and simply blend in a blender until a nice consistent type of smoothie is formed. This smoothie will be very creamy plus the refreshing taste of pineapple or orange will make it very easy to drink.

CUCUMBER AND PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

• Kratom powder
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup pineapple juice 
• 2 pineapple slices
• ½ inch of ginger
• 1 cucumber

Method:

Cut the pineapple slices and cucumber into small pieces and add all the ingredients together in the blender. Keep blending until it is a little foamy. This type of smoothie is very ideal for people looking to lose weight and a good detox. 

YOGURT AND KRATOM SMOOTHIE

Yogurt smoothies are both appetizing and great for a quick pick me up during meals. You can also add your favorite flavored yogurt to these smoothies. 

Ingredients:

• Kratom powder
• 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
• 1 banana
• 1 cup of orange or pineapple juice

Method:

Mix all the ingredients and blend nicely in a blender until smooth and creamy. You can also add strawberries or blueberries to this smoothie for an extra kick and flavor.

CHOCOLATE KRATOM SMOOTHIES

Kratom and chocolate smoothies can be a great hit because of the natural earthy and rustic flavor of kratom that goes so well with chocolate. The combination of these two ingredients is ideal and can give you very appetizing smoothies that can complement the taste of natural kratom without making it too strong.

• Kratom
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 1 cup coconut or almond milk
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 banana

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and blend until it is foamy and thick. You can also replace banana with strawberries as it goes really well with chocolate and creamy ingredients like coconut milk. 

CHOCOLATE AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE WITH KRATOM 

Ingredients:

• Kratom as needed
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 cup vanilla milk
• ½ cup frozen blueberries
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

Blend all the ingredients in the blender and continue until a rich and foamy consistency is reached. Make sure to add frozen berries as that will give it a nice and rich texture.

Chia seeds:

Chia seeds are very rich in antioxidants and can be a great ingredient to add to smoothies to give them a velvety texture and make them rich. They are also loaded with proteins, essential fatty acids, and fiber. 

Matcha powder:

Matcha is said to be rich in antioxidants and it gels in very well with kratom. You can easily add around half a tablespoon of matcha powder to your kratom smoothies. 

Honey:

Honey is a great ingredient that is not only healthy but a very good flavor enhancer. You can easily add a tablespoon or two of honey into all of your smoothies to make them rich. Honey is full of antioxidants and is very good for your immune system.
